At 351 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the Kolob Canyon portion of Zion National Park, including
Taylor Creek and La Verkin Creek. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, slot
canyons, and normally dry washes.
