Smith's Island is affected by flood waters. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 13.2 feet Tuesday evening.
