Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties.

For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record, which was a crest of
14.76 ft that occurred in July 2003.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The 100 year flood level is exceeded.
Highway 1050 S in Adams County east of Geneva begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:45 PM EDT Thursday was 14.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet
tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday
afternoon.
