For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, The outlying portion of West Washington
Street becomes impassible and SR 116 west of Bluffton begins to
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:45 PM EDT Thursday was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.9 feet
tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.
