At 559 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rhems, or 13
miles west of New Bern, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Public reported quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
