possible.

* WHERE...The Southeast Mountains, the Wet Mountain Valley, Fremont
county, The Pikes Peak region, and the southeast plains.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rainfall associated with a remnant tropical
storm system will spread across southern Colorado through
Thursday.

- The Southeast Mountains, including the Aspen Acres burn area, the
Wet Mountain Valley, Fremont county, the Pikes Peak region and
