Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.  * WHERE...Big Blue River near Blue Rapids.  * WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.  * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs from Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake.  * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday morning and continue falling to 21.3 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
