* AT 911 PM CHST...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED OVER THE WEST
COAST OF GUAM...MOVING EAST AT 10 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WIND GUSTS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER. FREQUENT LIGHTNING

SOURCE...RADAR.

IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.
