gusts up to 40 kt and seas 4 to 6 feet. For the Storm Watch,
north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 6 to
11 feet possible.

* WHERE...Cape Cod Bay.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 8 AM EDT Friday. For the
Storm Watch, from Friday morning through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
