gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 feet. For the Storm Watch,
northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12
to 17 feet possible.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to
Nantucket MA out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 8 AM EDT Friday. For the
Storm Watch, from Friday morning through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
