In south central Texas, Milam. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - In the wake of today's thunderstorms, additional slow moving storms with heavy rain are expected to develop Thursday Night into Friday Morning.
