* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Texas, including the following
counties, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Rains and Van Zandt.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms may bring isolated
instances of flash flooding through Thursday morning. Most will
see 1-2 inches with very localized amounts of 3-4 inches
possible.
