Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, water breaches the mill race dikes near Middle Amana. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 18.2 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
