South Central San Diego County in southwestern California... * Until 115 AM PDT. * At 1119 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.75 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
