Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM... * Until 330 PM EDT. * At 248 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Palm Beach, moving east at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach, Hypoluxo, South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Briny Breezes, Gulf Stream, Palm Beach Shores, Delray Beach, and Riviera Beach.
