Northwestern Horry County in northeastern South Carolina... * Until 1145 AM EDT. * At 1118 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles northwest of Bayboro, or 12 miles southeast of Mullins, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Tabor City, Loris, Green Sea and Loris Community Hospital.
