Centre Counties.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Bald Eagle Creek near Beech Creek Station.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Homes in the cottage area are cutoff by
high water and directly affect homes in this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.5 feet.
