The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM MDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 429 through 432. * WIND...West to northwest winds with gusts of 25 to 40 MPH. * HUMIDITY...13 to 16 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
