* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Macomb County in southeastern Michigan... Southern Oakland County in southeastern Michigan... Northern Wayne County in southeastern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 143 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of training thunderstorms moving in from the M-59 corridor. - Additional rainfall amounts around 1 inch are likely in the warned area. MDOT reports I-94 is closed eastbound at Gratiot. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
