* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rainfall associated with a remnant tropical
storm system will spread across southwest Colorado through
Wednesday night.
