expected.

Eastern Toole and Liberty, Southern High Plains, and Southern Rocky

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Isolated instances of tree damage and or power outages
are possible. Localized blowing dust may reduce visibility at
times.
