* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 11 to 16 feet. * WHERE...Tinian Coastal Waters and Saipan Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Choi-wan (26W) continues to develop as it moves westward towards Anatahan and Alamagan. Tropical storm force winds may expand southward over Saipan and Tinian tonight. Seas will become hazardous to small craft by this afternoon and could become hazardous by tonight.
