* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road.

- At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.9 feet
