* At 510 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Randolph
Macon College, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
