Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey... Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey... Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey... Northern Salem County in southern New Jersey... Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying, urban, and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 525 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
