* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 107. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central, south central, southwest, and west central Missouri. * WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An approaching frontal boundary will provide some relief to portions of central Missouri into the eastern Ozarks Sunday...and farther westward on Monday. The warning may need to be extended for southeast Kansas into far southwest Missouri Monday.
