* WHERE...Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain
closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 718 AM EDT, Thunderstorms produced heavy rain overnight,
resulting in flooding across Erie County. Between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
