Central El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 200 AM MDT. * At 1232 AM MDT, A thunderstorm with torrential rainfall rates has produced nearly .75 inches of rain in 30 minutes near Socorro. This storm is about to move over areas in southeast and central El Paso which have already received up to 1.50 inches of rain earlier this evening. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
