THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ALGONA, BRITT, CLEAR LAKE,
EMMETSBURG, ESTHERVILLE, FONDA, FOREST CITY, GARNER,
GILMORE CITY, HUMBOLDT, KANAWHA, LAKE MILLS, LAURENS, MANLY,
MASON CITY, NORTHWOOD, POCAHONTAS, AND ROLFE.
