At 1003 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Geneva, Samson, Kinston, Coffee Springs, Sellersville, Spears, Marl, Lytle, Logan Field Municipal A/P, Marvin Chapel, Pera, Ganer, Chancellor, Weeks, Lucile, Earlytown, Vaughanville, Holley Store, Somerset and Geneva Municipal A/P. Additional very heavy rain associated with the remnant eyewall of Isaias has fallen over the warned area, which has likely exacerbated flooding conditions.
