At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of Agency. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 23.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
