Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...

East Nishnabotna River At Red Oak affecting Montgomery County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Nishnabotna River at Red Oak.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins along the west
bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 19.7 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage by late tomorrow
morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.6
feet on 06/15/1980.
