The next statement will be issued this afternoon at 100 PM CDT. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Nishnabotna River at Red Oak. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, 200th Street, also known as H34, begins to flood east of the airport. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 26.7 feet tomorrow morning.
