The National Weather Service in Sacramento CA has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect from 11 AM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...A portion of northern California. * TIMING...From 11 AM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Monday. * WINDS...Gusts 20 to 35 mph. South to southwest winds Saturday morning and afternoon, becoming north to northeast Saturday evening through Monday. Strongest winds in the afternoon and evenings over the weekend. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
