The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 434 through 436. * WIND...West to Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph, gusts between 35 to 45 mph. * HUMIDITY...Relative humidities as low as 12 to 17%. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
