At 541 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Amazonia, or near Savannah, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Savannah, Country Club, and Amazonia. This includes the following highways... Interstate 29 between mile markers 56 and 69. Interstate 229 between mile markers 11 and 14.
