Northeastern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... North Central Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1219 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported lingering flooding in some areas due to heavy rainfall from earlier today. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier today. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
