THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 1 IN EFFECT
UNTIL 4 AM HST TUESDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS

THIS WATCH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS

KAUAI NORTHWEST WATERS           KAUAI WINDWARD WATERS
KAUAI LEEWARD WATERS             KAUAI CHANNEL

A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR TORNADOES IN
AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON
THE LOOKOUT FOR THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR
LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS.
