Coastal Flood Warning issued September 27 at 12:48PM EDT until September 28

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, continued Moderate coastal
flooding along the back bays of Sussex County Delaware
including Rehoboth Bay, Indian River Bay and Little Assawoman
Bay. For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 4 to 8
feet in the surf zone. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous
rip currents.

* WHERE...Delaware Beaches.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 2 PM EDT Monday.
For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For
the High Rip Current Risk, until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.
Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach
erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Back bay flooding may persist beyond Monday
afternoon.
