following counties, in east Texas, Angelina, Nacogdoches and San
Augustine. In northeast Texas, Cherokee.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of locally heavy rainfall resulting from Tropical
Depression Edouard could lead to flooding.
