The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday. * WIND...Northwest winds gusts of 20 to 30 mph, locally up to 40 for the higher ridges. * HUMIDITY...Relative humidity 20 to 30 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are already burning will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
