* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following counties, Logan County, Phillips County and Sedgwick County. * WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to repeatedly move across far northeast Colorado this evening and into the early morning hours. Locally, up to 3 to 5 inches of rainfall is possible.
