TORBUF The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Southeastern Wyoming County in western New York... Southwestern Livingston County in western New York... Northern Allegany County in western New York... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 756 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles north of Houghton, or 13 miles southwest of Letchworth State Park, moving southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Letchworth State Park, Alfred, Houghton, Portageville, Caneadea, Nunda, Eagle, Pike, Andover, and Angelica. This includes Interstate 86 between exits 31 and 33.
