* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southeastern Franklin County in south central Nebraska...
Webster County in south central Nebraska...

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 206 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that much of the Warning area had picked up at least 2-4 inches
of rain over the past 24 hours. Primarily minor flooding of
several rural roads is likely. Area creeks and rivers will also
experience at least noticeable within- bank rises, and actual
flooding of main rivers is possible but less certain. Additional
off and on light rain remains possible today, mainly during the
morning hours, before rain completely ends for several days.
