* Until 745 AM CDT.

* At 653 AM CDT, a shower was located over Offatts Bayou, or near
Galveston Pier 21, moving northeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
