* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria and Somerset.

* WHEN...Through 8 AM Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and
streams may rise out of their banks. River flooding is also
possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Training heavy showers and embedded thunderstorms will track
southeast across the region this afternoon into tonight. Rainfall
rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible. Heavy rain
falling at this rate will lead to rapid runoff and flash
flooding, as rainfall rates required to result in flash flooding
are only 0.75 to 1.25 inches over a one hour period across the
watch area. Localized storm total rainfall this afternoon through
tonight could reach 3 inches in some locations, mainly to the
south of Interstate 76.
