Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound... At 714 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm northwest of Oriskany Reef to 15 nm southwest of Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre Beach, East Santa Rosa Sound, West Santa Rosa Sound, Pensacola Beach, Oriskany Reef, and Okaloosa Pier.
