In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Park. In West Central WY...Sublette. * IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. * WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 to 15 percent, especially at elevations below 10,000 feet.
