* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Jay County in east central Indiana... Adams County in northeastern Indiana... Huntington County in northeastern Indiana... Wells County in northeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 216 PM EDT,Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms had come to an end. However, due to recent heavy rainfall Flooding, areal flooding is expected to continue tonight into Friday morning. Emergency mangement reports continued flooding across the warned area with several roads closed. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
