* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 952 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wamego, Westmoreland, Onaga, St. George, Louisville, Havensville, Wheaton and Tuttle Creek Lake.
